A kitchen sink that drains slower every week, a shower that backs up mid-rinse, a floor drain that gurgles when the washer runs — these rarely fix themselves, and snaking the surface clog usually just buys a few weeks. Our Jamieson drain team runs camera inspections to find the actual cause.
We run a camera line inspection before recommending a fix, so you're not paying to snake a line that actually needs hydro-jetting.
Every technician carries valid credentials and liability coverage — standard on every drain call.
Trucks stocked with jetting and camera equipment are staged around Jamieson so a backed-up drain doesn't sit for days.
The diagnosis determines the price, and that price is confirmed in writing before we start clearing anything.
From a single slow sink to a main line backing up into multiple fixtures, our drain technicians match the tool to the actual blockage.
Jetting scours the full diameter of the line, which is why it outperforms snaking on recurring grease and buildup problems.
We record and can show you the footage — you'll see exactly what's causing the clog, not just take our word for it.
Cable snaking is still the right call for a simple hair or debris clog close to the fixture.
Tree roots that have worked into a sewer or drain line get cut and cleared with a root-cutting head, then the line is reassessed for damage.
Grease buildup in kitchen lines is cleared with jetting, which handles congealed grease far better than a cable.
Scheduled jetting on problem lines keeps grease and scale from building back up between service visits.
Dispatch asks a few quick questions about the symptoms to route the right equipment on the first trip.
Our Jamieson trucks carry both cable and jetting equipment, so a second trip is rarely needed.
You'll see or hear what's actually in the line before agreeing to the recommended fix.
We re-run the camera after clearing so you can see the difference, backed by a workmanship warranty on the service.

We serve Jamieson proper and nearby Jamieson, OR communities, prioritizing full backups ahead of routine slow-drain calls.
We don't upsell jetting by default; the footage determines which method actually fixes the problem.
We assess pipe material and condition via camera first; jetting pressure is adjusted for older or more fragile lines.
Camera inspection pricing is quoted upfront and often bundled into the diagnosis fee for a drain cleaning call.
Yes — roots seek out moisture and can enter through small cracks or joints in sewer and drain lines, especially older clay pipe.
It depends on kitchen volume, but many Jamieson restaurants schedule quarterly service to avoid emergency backups.
Cable snaking often just punches through the clog rather than clearing the buildup coating the pipe wall, so it recurs.
